Course Details

This hands-on short course is for learners who want to up-skill to improve employability. Learners will design and sculpt a simple character and apply basic stop frame principles to create an animation.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.


This course is fully government-subsidised for eligible students, meaning you won't have to pay any course fees. It is part of a program to help people develop the skills they need to get a job, undertake entry level qualifications or transition to a new job.

If you are not eligible for subsidised training, you can still choose to enrol in the course but will need to pay the full (non-subsidised) fee $1,240.

You will need to attend approximately 3 hours of class over 1 day a week for 9 weeks. Indicative timetable: Orientation on Wednesday 13 February 2019, 6.00pm to 9.00pm, followed by classes on Saturdays 9:30am-12:30pm
