Course Details

This course will provide an introduction to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care and Diploma of Nursing. You will gain an insight into the skills needed to assist people of diversity, workplace health and safety and progressing into a career in nursing or Aboriginal Health. The units of competency covered in this skill set, if completed successfully, may provide credit towards a full qualification in Nursing and Allied Health.
Course runs for 2 days over 3 weeks. Thursday and Friday 7 and 8 November, 14 and 15 November and 21 and 22 November 2019 from 9.00am to 3.00pm at TAFE NSW Shellharbour.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.

Fully government subsidised^ training is now available through TAFE NSW. This training is fully subsidised by the NSW Government and relates to full qualifications on the NSW Skills List. They're a great way to try out a new career and get your foot in the door for a full qualification.
