This course provides competencies within taxation and law that may assist in meeting the Tax Practitioner's Board (TPB) requirements when applying for tax agent's registration. Applicants must apply for registration and gain advice from the Tax Practitioner's Board (TPB) prior to enrolment as TAFE NSW does not provide advice for this purpose.
Once enrolled you will have up to 26 weeks to complete the course. You will be required to study for approximately 3.1 hours per week. Students may choose to attend face to face classes if available or complete the units online. Please email email@example.com to enqiure about face to face classes.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to research, analyse and apply legal principles to provide advice on contract and consumer law implications to clients.
Work functions in the occupational areas where this unit may be used are subject to regulatory requirements. This unit is designed to meet educational requirements of the Tax Practitioner Board (TPB). Refer to the FNS Implementation Guide Companion Volume or the relevant regulator for specific guidance on requirements.

This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.
Payment of course fee must be made PRIOR to commencement of learning activity.
Your course fee includes a copy of the textbook which will be posted to you upon finalisation of your enrolment and fee payment.
