The student will learn about solar energy, its behaviour, how to design a Photovoltaic system to get optimum performance at a customers installation and how to install and commission a Grid-connected system.

This is a face to face course. You will need to attend approximately 24 hours of class, over 3 days a week, for 2 weeks.
You can also expect approximately 36 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours. This course is for licensed electricians who wish to gain Clean Energy Council accreditation to design and install solar grid connected systems.

Participants will need to hold a current unrestricted electrical license in any Australian State or Territory OR provide evidence of successful completion of UEENEEG105A Verify compliance and functionality of low voltage general electrical installations.

This course is scheduled at Tamworth Campus for 6 days in 2 blocks. Attendance is required form 8am to 5pm each day.
This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.
