The Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) opens your career opportunities to gain work gambling industry. Learn to provide responsible gambling services and manage patrons using gaming machines in your establishment with a Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) card.
This is a fully government subsidised JobTrainer course. Eligibility criteria applies.

This is a part time course. You must attend approximately 6 hours of class. You may also be required to complete approximately 4 hours of additional study. This additional study could include private study, work placements and research.
The course will run 1 days a week for 1 days.
THIS COURSE IS FOR FIRST TIME TRAINING ONLY, YOU CANNOT RENEW YOUR RSA IN THIS COURSE. If you hold a valid competency card that is reaching expiry, Liquor & Gaming NSW will contact you by email and/or SMS about how to renew your card. The reminders begin 90 days before the card expires and are sent to the email address and mobile number you used to apply for your competency card. You must enrol with correct ID and address details as NSW Liquor and Gaming will not issue Competency Card unless details are matched. E.g.: Enrol using all names including middle names and residential address as shown on identification documents. You will be required to provide identification. Please bring photo ID with you on the day you enrol. You must be 17 years or over to access this training.

This course is currently scheduled on Friday with day classes. This timetable may change and will be confirmed by your teacher.
This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.
