Course Details

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to maintain existing website content, create a simple website using an authoring tool and edit digital images for use on a website.

When you study with TAFE NSW, we want you to succeed. Entry requirements allow us to make sure that you have the right pre-existing knowledge and skills to achieve your chosen qualification. You will need to provide evidence that you meet the requirements listed in this section.

To successfully complete this course, TAFE Digital recommends that you have access to a computer and reliable Internet access.

STUDY COMMITMENT

This is an online course. You will need to complete approximately 8 hours of online study, each week, for your enrolment duration of 12 weeks.
You can increase the hours of online study per week to complete the course sooner.

In addition to the estimated study commitment specified, you should be prepared to commit further time, where necessary, for reading, self-directed study and completion of assessments to ensure you have satisfied all aspects of the course requirements.

SMART AND SKILLED FEES

This course is government-subsidised, meaning you pay a portion of the full course fee to TAFE NSW and the NSW Government will pay the balance. However, you must meet certain eligibility criteria for this to apply.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience, your fee may be less than the maximum fee quoted. Your actual fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process. Payment plans are available through TAFE NSW for Smart and Skilled eligible qualifications.

FULLY GOVERNMENT SUBSIDISED

This course is fully government-subsidised for eligible students, meaning you will not have to pay any course fees. It is part of a program to help people develop the skills they need to get a job, undertake entry level qualifications or transition to a new job. Note, a maximum of two (2) fully government subsidised enrolments per person.

If you are not eligible for subsidised training, you can still choose to enrol in the course but will need to pay the full (non-subsidised) fee.
