This is a part time day face to face course. You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class, 1 day a week, for 90 weeks / 2.5 years.
You may also be required to complete approximately 5.5 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including unstructured/ unsupervised learning activities including private study, assignments, research, Studespace online assessments. (independent study, research, practice and assignments).

This course offering is designed for people who: The target participants for this cohort are non-apprentice, mature aged learners who are employed in the Sports Turf Industry. Learners enrolling in this qualification are drawn from the following Industry sectors: Golf courses; Sports fields / Cricket wickets; Bowling greens; Tennis / Croquet courts; Race tracks; Turf farms.

This course is currently scheduled to run on Monday and Wednesdays from 8.00am to 2.45pm. This timetable may change and will be confirmed by your teacher.
SMART AND SKILLED FEES
This course is government-subsidised, meaning you pay a portion of the full course fee to TAFE NSW and the NSW Government will pay the balance. However, you must meet certain eligibility criteria for this to apply.
Depending on your previous qualifications and experience, your fee may be less than the maximum fee quoted. Your actual fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process. Payment plans are available through TAFE NSW for Smart and Skilled eligible qualifications.
