The nationally recognised Certificate IV in Business (Administration) teaches you valuable skills for exciting, fast-paced work as an executive assistant or personal assistant. Learn to support CEOs, managers and a range of workplaces with key administrative duties.

- Completed your Higher School Certificate or equivalent level of study or
- Completed a Certificate III in Business or
- Approximately 2 years' relevant work experience in industry
- Confidence in creating and managing multiple files across the Microsoft Office suite, such as compiling information using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
- Keyboard skills
- Time management skills

- signed up with an Apprentice Network Provider and have a Training Plan Proposal
- seeking to gain skills and knowledge to become qualified in Business Administration after successful completion

STUDY COMMITMENT
This is a self paced, online course. You must attend approximately 10 hours of class. You may also be required to complete approximately 2 hours of additional study. This additional study could include private study, work placements and research.
The course will run for 18 months.

SMART AND SKILLED FEES
This course is government-subsidised, meaning you pay a portion of the full course fee to TAFE NSW and the NSW Government will pay the balance. However, you must meet certain eligibility criteria for this to apply.
Depending on your previous qualifications and experience, your fee may be less than the maximum fee quoted. Your actual fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process. Payment plans are available through TAFE NSW for Smart and Skilled eligible qualifications.
