Course Details

This qualification is suitable for autonomous individuals who identify and apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts. Job titles for these roles may include contracts officers, project administrators, quality officers and small business operators.

Individuals in these roles might be members of a project team, with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes. Primarily, these roles would support wider project operations. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organisational or business activities.

This course will equip you with the required skills and knowledge to manage projects in a variety of business and community settings. You will learn how to supervise the project scope and budget, set timelines and oversee quality control.

Once you have successfully completed this course, you will be entitled to a Nationally recognised qualification in BSB41515 - Certificate IV in Project Management Practice. Units of competence in this qualification will give you the skills for:

- Being an effective member of a project team
- Setting timelines
- Managing human resources
- Ensuring quality and effective budget management

The Certificate IV in Project Management articulates to BSB51415 - Diploma in Project Management

To complete this course, you will need to have a computer (or smart mobile device such as an iPad) and an internet connection. You will also require applications from the Microsoft Office suite.
This course will be delivered via Moodle which is an online learning management system. All of your work material and assessments are available on this Moodle. All support tools are also available on the Moodle.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.
