This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

The Certificate IV in Leadership Management is ideal for those who need to build their leadership skills and become more organised and productive. It is suitable to new and aspiring managers/leaders and supervisors. Improve your people management skills and lead and develop your team to improve outcomes. Develop your own emotional intelligence (EQ) and understand the effect that your EQ has on others in your team. Become a better leader and manager through completing this course.

They aim to help you understand the theory and apply it to the workplace using practical examples and hands-on tasks with regular feedback and guidance along the way. For this campus-based course you will undertake your learning and assessment in a classroom at a local TAFE West Campus. This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time. Employers please note: This course can also be customised specifically for your business, at a time/date/place that best meets your needs.

The course can also be undertaken as a Traineeship.
This course is offered as 9 workshops (1 each month) over a 12 month period. First class starts in Forbes on 16th July 2019.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.
