They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

The Certificate IV in Leadership Management is ideal for those who need to build their leadership skills and become more organised and productive. It is suitable to new and aspiring managers/leaders and supervisors. Improve your people management skills and lead and develop your team to improve outcomes. Develop your own emotional intelligence (EQ) and understand the effect that your EQ has on others in your team. Become a better leader and manager through completing this course.

For this campus-based course you will undertake your learning and assessment in a classroom at a local TAFE West Campus. This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time. Employers please note: This course can also be customised specifically for your business, at a time/date/place that best meets your needs.
The course can also be undertaken as a Traineeship.
