As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Assessments are a combination of written take home assessment events and in class assessable activities. Wherever possible the assessment events are workplace related. Learners receive an assessment task at the end of each workshop and they have approximately 1 month to complete this.
To complete this course, you will need to have a computer (or smart mobile device, e.g., iPad) and an internet connection
The Certificate IV in Leadership Management is ideal for those who need to build their leadership skills and become more organised and productive. It is suitable to new and aspiring managers/leaders and supervisors. Improve your people management skills and lead and develop your team to improve outcomes. For this campus-based course you will undertake your learning and assessment in a classroom at a local TAFE West Campus. This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time. Employers please note: This course can also be customised specifically for your business, at a time/date/place that best meets your needs.
