They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Students will have access to a detailed learner guide, PowerPoint summary slides, assessment tasks and other recommended readings. You will also be able to attend workshops if they are offered in your area.
The Certificate IV in Leadership Management is ideal for those who need to build their leadership skills and become more organised and productive. It is suitable to new and aspiring managers/leaders and supervisors. Improve your people management skills and lead and develop your team to improve outcomes.
