Course Details

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. They may work as quality assurance managers, quality facilitators, quality and improvement consultants or service quality system support analysts.

You will be required to complete approximately 9 hours of self-directed learning per week.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
There will be a structured timetable to allow you to work through the course content in a given timeframe supported with online webinars.
There is also an option to complete this course fully online if required. You should plan to spend approximately 10-12 hours per week of your own time on readings, research and assessment activities. Duration 1 year

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
While there are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course, the completion of a Certificate IV in Business (or similar), or equivalent industry experience is the recommended pathway.
To help us assess your suitability for this course you may be asked to provide evidence of your previous qualifications and experience.
