  • There is a 160 hour work placement for this course and individualised program will be designed to accommodate student and industry needs.

  • The following are required for work placement:

    • A Working with Children Check (Volunteer) and
    • Criminal Record Check. There is a fee associated with the Criminal Record Check.

Units Units taught in this course

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Mental Health qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 20 units of competency, including 15 core and 5 speciality units.
