The course is based on the nationally endorsed Property Services Training
Package (CPP07) Diploma qualification covering the Real Estate industry sector,
and is for people who want to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to operate
and manage a real estate/property agency business. You will learn about selling,
marketing, leasing and managing property, and managing the physical, human and
financial resources of a real estate agency.
You will also acquire the knowledge and skills that underpin the fundamental
concepts relating to property and business law, urban and regional planning
considerations, business/organisational risk management, appraising property
including building concepts and requirements.
You will also learn and acquire the competencies applicable to client, financial
and human resource management of a small business enterprise.
The knowledge and skills that underpin the competencies you will acquire may be
applicable across a range of residential, commercial and industrial property
This course is superseded by PRD50101. You can still enrol in this course, and you will be contacted if you need to transition into the next version when it is available.

Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm OR 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Location: TAFE NSW Granville, Building B, Level 1, Room B102
This is a part-time evening, blended delivery course. You will need to attend approximately 4 hours of class, over 1 evening a week, for 17 weeks.
You may also be required to complete approximately 8 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including completing pre-reading activities, online activities, research and assignments and finishing class work.

This course offering is designed for people who:
- are retraining, returning to work, retrenched, rehabilitation workers.
- learners who have completed the Certificate III Real Estate Practice or certificate of registration units and the Certificate IV in Real Estate.

This course is currently scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. This timetable may change and will be confirmed by your teacher.
