This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are developing a broad range of technical and conceptual design skills and who take responsibility for own outputs in work and learning. Practice at this level is underpinned by the application of introductory design theory and history.

You are invited to attend the information session on Thursday 27 June 2019 from 4:00-5:00pm and/or 6:00pm-7:00pm at St George School of Fine Arts, 19 Montgomery Street, Kogarah, Building M, Ground Floor, Room MG.44, to meet with the teaching staff, discuss the course and get more information about enrolment and next steps.

MORE ABOUT THIS COURSE
Designated online study is self-paced. You will be required to undertake self-directed activities of a minimum of 6 hrs per week, such as personal art practice, research on artists and art history, visiting art galleries and museums, plus reading texts and website research.
You should plan to spend approximately one hour of your own time for every hour of ?face to face? training per week on projects and research, additional to class activities.

You will need to attend 15 hours of class over 2 days per week, and online tasks of 3 hours per week, for 17 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
