This course is a Commonwealth FEE-HELP and HECS-HELP student loan approved course. To check if you are eligible to apply for either, please go to the Study Assist website
You will be required to attend 4 hours each week for 15 weeks (currently scheduled on Tuesday, from 5.30pm - 9.30pm), followed by a 3 week exam and assessment period.
Assessments give you the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learnt and to identify the knowledge or skills that may need further development.
Knowledge assessments: short answer, extended response, research tasks, multiple-choice questions, assignments, closed book exams, quizzes
Skills assessments: projects, case studies
Practical skills assessments: demonstrations under observation
Simulated workplace projects: scenario-based problem solving
Submission of a practical laboratory portfolio / report portfolio of work

Learn through a combination of classroom based, online and/or workplace activity. For example, you may participate in scheduled classroom activity, have an element of self-directed learning with online content, and/or receive supervised training while on the job, doing work experience, or on placement.
Classroom activity will be scheduled, but online learning can provide more flexibility. Teacher support will be provided for all study. Access to a computer with an internet connection is required.
