Persons working at this level will support information technology activities in the workplace across a wide range of ICT areas, including:
** technical support,
** network administration,
** web technologies,
** software applications and
** digital media technologies.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
Timetables may need to be adjusted during the semester based on the availability of resources. You should expect to do additional hours each week on research, practice and assignments outside your class hours.
