Course Details

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in supporting the design, development and programming of basic digital games briefs as part of a larger development team. The qualification has a small suite of core units with an opportunity to select units from specialist groups of electives across the different artistic or programming fields of the industry.

The Certificate IV in Digital and Interactive Games, includes digital effects, basic programming, 3D modelling, 3D animation, 2D animation and games design.


A message for young people under 17 years of age - If you are under 17 years and wish to enrol you will need to have completed Year 10 or have special permission from school and TAFE NSW to do so.
This following attendance is required for this course; 16.5 hours per week over 3 days of face to face classes, plus 1 hour per week self directed work on assessments.
