Location: Wentworth Falls Campus, Building D, Level 1, Room : college restaurant, elevation 867.
This is a flexible course. You will need to attend approximately 18.2 hours of class, over 3days a week, for36 weeks. .
You may also be required to complete approximately 2.8 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including Assignment preparation, research, private study, industry visit, Travel Shows.

This course offering is designed for people who:
- Use a range of well developed tourism service, sales or operational skills and a sound knowledge of industry operations to coordinate tourism services.
Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans policies and procedures to guide work activities.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in many tourism industry sectors. This qualification is for unemployed learners, school leavers and mature age workers who are looking for work in the tourism industry.

The Student Services Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am ? 5pm.
All students for this course are required to complete ARE YOU READY or BKSB assessment. This will assist us to organise tutorial support for students.

This course is currently scheduled on Mondays 9.30am to 1.00pm, Wednesdays 9.30am to 2.30pm and Thursdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. This timetable may change and will be confirmed by your teacher.
SMART AND SKILLED FEES
This course is government-subsidised, meaning you pay a portion of the full course fee to TAFE NSW and the NSW Government will pay the balance. However, you must meet certain eligibility criteria for this to apply.
Depending on your previous qualifications and experience, your fee may be less than the maximum fee quoted. Your actual fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process. Payment plans are available through TAFE NSW for Smart and Skilled eligible qualifications.
