The nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in Food Handling will equip you with the fundamental food hygiene practices crucial to any commercial kitchen environment. Use your skills as a kitchen hand in a caf or embark on a study pathway to build your expertise in the hospitality industry.

- If obtaining a food safety supervisor certificate is your goal please see The Statement of Attainment in Food Safety Supervision which is also offered at TAFE NSW. This course does not qualify you to receive a Food Safety Supervisor certificate. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is required by NSW law for all food businesses, including hospitality or retail.
