The nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in Food Safety Supervision prepares you for a career in the hospitality industry. Learn to ensure the safety of food prepared, served and sold to customers, and to minimise, remove and report hazards.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

This is a licensed occupation. When you successfully complete the Statement of Attainment in Food Safety Supervision and pay $30 you will receive a NSW Food & Safety certificate. This is accredited by the NSW Food Authority and awarded through TAFE NSW.

STUDY COMMITMENT

This is a self paced online course. You must complete approximately 36 hours of self paced study. You may also be required to complete approximately 5 hours of additional study. This additional study could include private study, work placements and research.

The course will run for 1 day.

Recommended study time to complete the course is 41 hours. However, the qualification could be completed in a shorter period of time where prior industry knowledge exists.

Payment of course fee must be made PRIOR to commencement of learning activity.

Course fee includes the cost of the NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
