LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is required by NSW law for all food businesses, including hospitality or retail. On completion of this course, you will receive a food safety certificate that is valid for five years. Local regulations should also be checked for requirements.

STUDY COMMITMENT
This is a self paced virtual off campus course. You must attend approximately 1 hour of class. You may also be required to complete approximately 1 hour of additional study. This additional study could include private study, work placements and research.
The course will run 1 day a week for 7 weeks.
