FAQs

When attending your face-to-face information session, please observe the public health order in place at the time, including TAFE NSW other restriction listed in the additional FAQs.

We expect there will continue to be changes to NSW Public Health Orders over the next few months and this advice is subject to change accordingly.

TAFE NSW have strict restrictions in place. Please adhere these and the NSW Government health regulations whilst on campus to keep yourself and others safe from COVID-19.

Anyone who attends a TAFE NSW campus must:

  • Wear a mask, including in classrooms. There are lawful reasons for not wearing a mask. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, you will need to carry documentation such as a medical certificate, letter from your health practitioner or disability support provider, or a statutory declaration. You may be asked to show this documentation.
  • Check-in using the Service NSW QR code;
  • Observe social distancing of 1.5 metres where practical
  • Density restrictions of 4sqm per person apply when members of the public are in attendance. 

To limit the number of people on campus, face to face Information sessions are only available for those who are unable to connect virtually. Potential students attending these on campus may be accompanied by one support person only

To limit the number of people on campus, face to face Information sessions is only available for those who are unable to connect virtually. Customers attending these sessions on campus may be accompanied by one support person only.

If you experience flu-like symptoms or have visited a known COVID-19 hotspot, please stay at home if and do not attend the Information Session.
