You must be currently employed in an approved early childhood education and care service in NSW. The service must provide education and care to children aged 0 to 5 years and be located within a 300 km radius from Lismore. You’ll need to show your service name and provider number as proof.
You must be an emerging leader, educator or teacher with less than 5 years’ experience in a leadership role. This could be working as a teacher, second in charge (2IC), assistant director, director, educational leader or an identified responsible person. You’ll need to tell us about your leadership experience in your application.

Priority will be given to emerging leaders who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander or who come from a culturally and linguistically diverse background. Emerging leaders in the region who do not meet the prioritisation are still strongly encouraged to apply.
