    Learn core CNC (computer numerically controlled) skills, including safe setup, programming and operation of mills and lathes. Build confidence reading drawings and G-code and prepare for entry‑level machining roles or more advanced training.

    • identify the main parts and functions of 3-axis CNC lathes and mills

    • safely operate CNC milling and turning machines

    • read basic engineering drawings and G-code to check tool paths, feeds and speeds

    • complete pre-start checks and safely start up and shut down machines

    • set up and align workpieces and tools.
