make a workplace culture welcoming and respectful
recognise the challenges women apprentices may face at work
use simple ways to create safe and positive workplaces
support more women to take part in manufacturing jobs
talk with women apprentices in a respectful way
liaise with women apprentices to support their learning and growth.
You'll leave this course with:

practical ways to create a safe and supportive workplace where women feel confident and valued
