    Hugh Greenough has been recognised as an executive with a strong record in multi‑sector organisational transformation, operations leadership, diversity, customer experience and workforce management. Hugh currently is an accomplished senior executive in vocational education, currently serving as Executive Director, Student & Campus Services at TAFE NSW.

    In this role, he leads portfolios dedicated to equitable access, operational excellence, and student success across one of Australia’s largest education and training providers. Hugh’s leadership has consistently focused on lifting outcomes currently for diverse learners in metropolitan, regional, and remote communities. Hugh has a multidisciplinary academic foundation as a registered psychologist with Master of Arts, Master of Education Organisational Design and graduate qualifications in Educations for Sustainability, Sociology and Applied Science.

    As a board member, Hugh brings deep experience in governance in large institutions, national and global perspectives and expertise in customer and student experience. Outcomes for students includes service delivery to increase wellbeing, equity frameworks and holds a values‑driven commitment to strengthening opportunities and outcomes through education. His leadership is grounded in the belief that education changes lives—and that supporting those with scholarships creates access that yields the greatest community impact.
