Are you a TAFE NSW cookery student dreaming of one day taking your skills to first-class restaurants? Apply for the Oliver Shaul Scholarship, and you could join previous scholarship recipients who have trained in London’s Michelin-starred The Five Fields, The Savoy and Taiwan’s Mume, San Francisco’s Chez Panisse and Coi and Michelin-starred Relæ in Copenhagen.
