Are you a female student committed to your studies at a TAFE NSW campus in Newcastle or Lake Macquarie?

Valued at $1,000, the Zonta Club of Hunter Newcastle Scholarship is designed to support a female student on their learning journey.

The award is presented in collaboration with Zonta International, a leading global organisation that invests in education initiatives to empower women and promote gender equality.

Applications for the Zonta Club of Hunter Newcastle Scholarship close at 5pm (AEST) Wednesday, 2 September 2026.

To be eligible for the Zonta Club of Hunter Newcastle TAFE NSW Scholarship, you must:

• be an Australian citizen
• identify as female and be 21 years of age or older by the scholarship closing date
• demonstrate commitment to your study and career goals
• submit a complete application with all required supporting documents
• not have received another scholarship or award from the Hunter TAFE Foundation or TAFE NSW in the last 12 months
• be willing to attend an interview if shortlisted
