You must demonstrate that you have achieved one of the following:
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking). You’ll need to show your certificate or transcript as proof.
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Cyber Security. You’ll need to show your certificate or transcript as proof.
Recent industry experience working in the networking, cloud architecture or cyber security. You’ll need to show your resume and a letter from your employer.

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
access to a desktop PC, laptop or equivalent computing device and a strong internet connection
commitment and drive to manage a heavy course load
adequate time to complete course work and additional study outside of class hours.
Traineeship
You must be employed as a trainee in the industry.

Units
Units taught in this course
Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security AND Cloud Architecture) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 20 units of competency, including 6 core and 14 speciality units.
