Thank you for expressing your interest in opening an account with TAFE NSW.

The Credit Account application will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

To successfully complete an online form, please have available:

  • Your ABN and/or ACN
  • Applicant’s details and the Directors/Partners/Sole Proprietors information.
  • Your business’ accounts payable contact details including phone, email and postal address.

Once you have completed & submitted the form you will receive an email confirmation.

The application should be completed by an approved authorised officer who holds a certain position within the organisation that has an expressed or implied authority to act on behalf of company.

The form is required to be signed by the applicant and:

  • For company, at least 1 Director; or
  • For Sole Director Proprietary Company, that Director; or
  • For Partnership, the partners.

Once the form is completed and saved you will receive a system generated email with instructions on how to sign the form using your digital signature.

Simply click [Review Document] in the email and a code will be sent to your mobile.

Once the code is entered the document will be ready to accept your digital signature.

No, all relevent signatures must be present in order for TAFE NSW to finalise the new account application.

Yes, all signatories have up to 5 days to sign the form. Failing to receive all required signatures within 5 days will result in the application being automatically cancelled.

You will need to start the process from the beginning and complete a whole new application.

All signatories will receive a system generated email notifying them that all parties have successfully signed the form.

No. You will need to cancel the current application and re-submit a new one.

Send an email to tafefinance.credit@tafensw.edu.au requesting cancellation of the current application and for TAFE NSW to send you another invite.

The application processing time usually takes between 3 - 5 business days once the form has been signed by all the required signatories.

The common reasons are:

  • the application has not been successfully completed, such as missing information in mandatory fields; or
  • the application has not been fully signed by all signatories; or
  • the application has been cancelled due to incomplete signatures 5 days after the application was lodged.

Yes. You will receive an email notification advising whether your application was approved or referred to a TAFE NSW representative for further action.

A TAFE NSW representative will contact you to finalise the sales agreement or training proposal in order for the account to be opened.

It is important that TAFE NSW use the most current company information when trading with our customers therefore a new application may be required for dormant accounts to confirm that the registered company trading details align with the information held with ASIC.
