To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 12 high school level, or 1-2 years experience working in a team
Confidence with using Microsoft Office 365

Good communication skills with the ability to express your ideas verbally and in writing
