The Extension of Study Form is used to apply for an extension to your course duration. Extensions are only approved in limited circumstances and must be supported by valid reasons.
Use these forms to apply for a temporary break from your studies. Leave is only granted in compassionate or compelling circumstances and must be formally approved.
If you’re currently enrolled as an international student and want to apply to change to a different course at TAFE NSW, you’ll need to submit a Transfer into Another TAFE NSW Course Form.
Your request will be assessed based on your eligibility and whether a place is available in the course.
If you’re currently enrolled as an international student and want to request to transfer to a different TAFE NSW campus, you’ll need to submit the correct form based on your course type.
Approval depends on course availability.
The Transfer of Education Provider Form is for international students seeking to transfer to another education provider. Transfers must meet the conditions set out in the ESOS Act 2000 and National Code 2018.
