To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

A Certificate IV in Business or other relevant qualification
Experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles
Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection
Basic use of features of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
