a Certificate IV in Business or a similar qualification
experience working in different workplaces, especially in senior support roles
access to a computer with a reliable internet connection
basic skills in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
empathy, patience and the ability to support others
good organisational skills and the ability to manage more than one task

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Business qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 units of competency, including 5 core and 7 speciality units.
