TAFE NSW is helping a new face of farming take shape in the Highlands, with females comprising a record 70 per cent of current agriculture students at TAFE NSW Moss Vale.

Despite spending his entire life on the family farm, fourth generation dairy farmer Craig Pearce has turned to TAFE NSW Bega to build on his practical skills and knowledge of the industry.
