We’re upgrading! Enrolments will be offline from 10–14 October. Register your interest in a course to be notified when it reopens.

    Pay for your course

    alt=””

At TAFE NSW, we provide a range of easy and flexible options to make paying for your course simple.

    Payment options

You can pay for your course as a student or through a nominated third party such as your employer or a registered job provider. You can pay with BPay, Visa or Mastercard using internet banking or through the Student Hub.

Make BPay payments at least 3 days before your course starts to ensure they’re received on time. Cash is not accepted.

Once you finish enrolment and pay your fees, you can:

    • attend and take part in training
    • sit for exams
    • receive awards
    • use TAFE NSW facilities and services
    • get a TAFEcard to access library resources.

    Paying fees in instalments

To help manage study costs, you can pay in instalments. This means making smaller and regular payments.

Your first payment must be received before we confirm your enrolment. To apply for a payment plan, contact your TAFE NSW campus.

The size of your first payment and the number of instalments will depend on your course length and situation. If you pay in instalments, you must still pay the full course cost even if you withdraw early.

If your employer or another third party stops paying your fees and you want to continue studying, you must pay the balance.

    If you’re behind on payments

If you have outstanding fees, contact your TAFE NSW campus as soon as possible. We can discuss payment options and help you apply.

If fees or charges remain unpaid, you may lose access to training and learning materials. You may also lose access to documents such as your academic transcript or graduation certificate.

If fees remain unpaid, TAFE NSW may refer your account to debt recovery.

    Withdrawals and refunds

We understand you may need to withdraw from or defer your study. To do this, you must notify your campus in writing and complete the relevant forms.

If you want to withdraw from your course or request a refund, you need to let us know in writing. Your eligibility and refund amount depend on several factors. See our withdrawals and refunds page for more information.
