Nicole Martin credits TAFE NSW with helping her build confidence and find work that nourishes the soul. The 39-year-old mum-of-two from Wollongong is a client support worker with BaptistCare HopeStreet, a job she secured after undertaking work placement for her Certificate III in Community Services course in 2019.
