Narrabri Shire Council staff upskill to meet the needs of the community
Narrabri Shire Council has made a significant investment in its current and emerging leaders to enhance operations and services to the community. Twenty-five staff across Council functions will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management at TAFE NSW this year.

Narrabri locals Maria Revell and Alexia Weckert are encouraging job seekers to consider a rewarding career in the aged care industry considering local employment opportunities. Both Maria and Alexia studied a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) at TAFE NSW Narrrabri and were employed by Whiddon Narrabri and Wee Waa before completing their course.
