Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Conduct baggage operations

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
Experience using computers and other technology
Exceptional customer service skills
A willingness to travel for work
The ability to stay calm under pressure
The capability to fly regularly and be mindful of possible health impacts
Willing to work in all weather
Physically fit and able to lift up to 32kgs
Reading and writing skills to a Year 10 level
