Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Create miniature draft thumbnails and tonal studies for good lighting, to prepare for making an environment
Research, select and apply illustration techniques, such as edge control, atmospheric perspective, using warm and cool colour combinations and a specific colour scheme
Research the use of light and colour in concept environments and develop your own individual approach
Create a landscape painting that features an alien structure
Design a science fiction interior room or corridor and a temple dimensional portal, using Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom Cintiq
Work on a creative project of your own choice
Gain practical experience and develop specialist skills that give you an advantage in the job market.

A basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
