As the largest hospitality training centre in the Asia-Pacific region, you have the opportunity to train in commercially equipped kitchens, bars, cafes as well as our training restaurant the Ambassador. This campus is also home to the acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute. Additionally, TAFE NSW Ryde boasts one of the largest horticulture training centres in the world, featuring computerised glasshouses, landscape design studios, a full size cricket pitch, golf green and a bowling green.
