Are you an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student living in the Newcastle local government area? This scholarship, delivered by Hunter TAFE Foundation, provides financial support while you’re studying at TAFE NSW, as you get ready to achieve your career goals.
There is one City of Newcastle Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Scholarship available for 2024, and it’s valued at $1,500.
New students are encouraged to apply. We understand that receiving the scholarship is important to you, and we genuinely hope that you will be enrolled in an eligible TAFE NSW qualification. If for any reason you're not currently enrolled in an eligible TAFE NSW qualification, unfortunately, it means you won't be able to receive the scholarship at this time.
