Successful completion of the Year 12 Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) evidenced by a copy of your certificate

Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building), as evidenced by a copy of your transcript or certificate or

Successful completion of 11 core units CPCCBC4001, CPCCBC4003, CPCCBC4004, CPCCBC4005, CPCCBC4008, CPCCBC4009, CPCCBC4010, CPCCBC4012, CPCCBC4014, CPCCBC4018, CPCCBC4053 as evidenced by a copy of your transcript

That you hold a valid general construction induction card (commonly known as a white card)

Before your first day of class you must complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills test and achieve a score of 4 across the five bands of literacy and 4 across one band of numeracy. This helps us to determine that your skills match the demands of the course, to direct you to an alternative study option or to provide you with the appropriate support for your success. Your teacher will let you know when this must be completed.

Demonstrated relevant vocational experience, skills and knowledge commensurate with the scope of work covered in the core units of the Certificate IV in Residential Drafting, evidenced by a portfolio of work, a resume, letters of employment, and client and employer references.
