Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread. Rise to your baker potential and learn how to make a variety of breads from scratch. Learn skills to correctly weigh, mix, knead, proof and shape dough into perfect loaves, rolls, pizza bases and more.
During this course you'll learn to:
Prepare and weigh up ingredients to make a variety of different breads
Knead, shape and mould the dough
Cut and score the dough
Bake bread loaves and rolls
Operate appliances and equipment used in an industry-standard commercial kitchen
You'll leave this course with:
A Certificate of Attendance
Techniques, knowledge and confidence to make your own bread at home
Recipes and an assortment of different breads that you made during the course
Ability to recreate making different types of bread at home, including easy pizza dough
A pathway to continue your studies in food and hospitality or pursue interest in baking and patisserie
