    Work placement

    UnitsUnits taught in this course

    Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate III in Community Pharmacy qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 19 units of competency , including 11 core and 8 speciality units.

    Course deliveryCombination study

    Learn through a combination of on-campus classroom, virtual classroom, online, and/or workplace activity. For example, you may participate in scheduled face-to-face or virtual classroom activity, have an element of self-directed learning with online content, and/or receive supervised training while on the job, doing work experience, or on placement.

    Classroom activity will be scheduled, but online learning can provide more flexibility. Teacher support will be provided for all study. Access to a computer with an internet connection is required.

    Lismore

    TAFE NSW Lismore is located in the heart of the Northern Rivers region. It is known for its strong arts and cultural focus. The campus is also close to many beautiful national parks. After the 2022 floods, the campus began operating across two sites. Most courses are now held at the main campus (192 Keen Street, Lismore CBD). All creative courses are run from purpose-built facilities at Southern Cross University (Military Road, East Lismore). TAFE NSW Lismore serves around 30,000 people across the city and nearby areas.
