Course Details

This course gives participants the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and serve coffee using an espresso machine in a variety of hospitality settings. Students will learn to prepare the work area, advise customers, prepare and serve coffee, and maintain the espresso machine. This course provides entry level training for coffee makers and others who are seeking work in a coffee service area. This is a 'stepping stone' course to further students' knowledge about the hospitality industry; an industry that offers a vast and exciting range of career opportunities at all levels. This is non-accredited training.

This course is currently scheduled on Tuesday 8 September 2020 from 6.00pm to 9.00pm at TAFE NSW Wollongong.

This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.
