  • To successfully complete this course, you will need to participate in Microsoft Teams your device will require a microphone, web cam and if attending class in a shared space a media headset.

  • It is essential that learners studying this course have access to a device with reliable internet and have the technology skills to access and navigate the internet and be able to use word processing software; be a self-directed learner in the context of a supportive online learning environment and have sound language, literacy and numeracy skills.

  • You need to complete 18 units, 5 core units and 13 electives which have been pre-selected after consultation with industry to ascertain the skills and knowledge required for the job role.

  • The expectation is that by enrolling in this qualification you commit to the time frame in which the qualification is being delivered. The proposed study schedule will be discussed and an individual training plan will be established. Should you fall behind your agreed schedule you will be required to complete additional work and learning outside scheduled class time.

Units Units taught in this course

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 18 Units of competency, including 5 core and 13 speciality units.

Course delivery Virtual classroom, off campus

Connect with your teachers and other students in a virtual classroom to participate in learning activities via video or web conferencing technology. You will be able to join the class from anywhere with a good internet connection, such as your home or a TAFE campus. If you would like to join from TAFE, please contact your local campus to book a space. Much like a regular class, you will have scheduled times of attendance. Depending on what you are studying, your course may also include some online units.
