Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 11 Units of competency, including 1 core and 10 speciality units.

Studying on Campus
Learn in person, on a TAFE NSW campus. Depending on your course, your classroom could include purpose-built spaces like art studios, mechanical workshops, laboratories or bakeries. When you study on campus, you will receive a timetable of when you need to be on campus to attend.
Bathurst
Located on Panorama Avenue, TAFE NSW Bathurst has a wide range of practical courses available that are aimed at training and placing students into suitable positions in the local workforce.
Courses include bricklaying, children's services, communication, media, design, digital media, fitness, human resources management, refrigeration, air conditioning, hair, beauty and welfare courses. TAFE NSW Bathurst also offers library services, counselling, online study help, disability support, Aboriginal support, study pathways and career advice.
